An absolute fantastic trip from start to finish! We was picked up by Yasser in an amazing car. Driven in style to the water park. On route he made the trip memorable. (Especially the massage seat in the car) the journey set the tone for the day.
On arrival to the park we knew everything we needed. And Yasser walked us in. And got everything sorted.
The park itself is as amazing. We all had an amazing time. Cannot recommend enough.
And then Yasser was there to pick us up. And take us back.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jaz tours again.

Excellent
Excellent service and communication from the team who picked us up in a new fully air conditioned minibus. The guide was very friendly and gave excellent information about the city and surrounding areas as well as a brief history lesson.
The water park entry was efficient and we were changed and going down the slides in no time. There's plenty of variety especially for the younger kids. Our party consisted of older teenagers who turned back into kids once engrossed with the slides.
The food was pretty good and the staff were all very friendly and the cleanliness around the restaurant and site in general was excellent.
We would definitely recommend and return.

Great day out!
We had an amazing time at the water park! The slides were thrilling, the pools were clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything was well-organized from start to finish.

The trip to the water park was great. Ordered directly from Salem_tours_eg. No problem at all. Transfer is wonderful, urgent car, excellent driver, on the way had time to tell a little about Egypt)). The water park itself is divided into two parts, the slide is many, for any age, drinks, snack and lunch is included in the price. Lots of emotions, kids are excited. Thank you so much for having a wonderful time.

Great Family day out
Great Day out for all the Family.
This park is massive with more than enough big slides to keep our 15 and 17 year old occupied for the full 7 hours (10am -5pm). There are probably even more slides and pools for younger children so everybody should find something they enjoy.
Make sure you go to both sides of the complex.
There are large clean private shower / changing areas and lockers for none hotel residents.
The all inclusive is a great feature as easy to keep hydrated through the day and food is great. From burgers & pizza to full buffet restaurant.
The prior communication via WhatsApp and pickup were spot on. On the way back we wanted to go to the old market instead of back to our hotel. They were happy to take us there as counted as a return trip.
