We loved the Heineken experience . Information great the place was amazing and fun to hang in the rooftop and enjoy the views . Beautiful day

My Heineken experience was pretty bad. I went last week, on monday 22 september 2026 ID TICKET 770011762180518036 with my friend Leticia at 1400. When we arrived, there was so many people at the same tine... First, there was a woman doing the "explanation" about the first part of the tour. We could barely listen to her. There was SO MANY PEOPLE. She was showing something on the ground (part of the tour) - we just couldn't look or couldn't hear what she was saying. All the 3 steps of this first "tour" - we completed missed out. After that, Going to another room (the room with big beer tonels) we were so lost. We were with another group of person (maybe 10 of them) that were also lost and we just didn't know what to do. When we enter that room, that was another guide doing an explanation on the room that we were, but it was finishing. Just for your information: we lost this explanation because we waited more than 15 minutes to see if "our" guide would come back or if we would receive new updates. We paid for something that I didn't listen to... I paid and I don't know the Heineken story... my friend was so pissed out, she wanted to leave immediately but I told her to just wait. Terrible experience. We went after to the rooftop and the experience keep going. The bartender was laughing about us because we didn't know what beer we would like to try, because there are more than one option. A completely shame this situation. I'm really said that I waste money into something that would treat me so bad

Had heard a lot about it, for instance one was to go through a simulated journey of barley grains, which turned out to be mythical or may be has since been discontinued. Unfortunately except for two glasses of beer that was to be consumed right there, there wasn't anything worth an exhibit. Two bogus acoustic halls, a few family memorabilia, 3 out of use giant copper urns, evolving bottle designs of Heineken beer and an automated bottling assembly were all it offered. With the terrible experience as above we gave the rooftop a miss

Not worth the effort or money lost time

Fun time. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly! They enjoyed their job and that was obvious by their enthusiasm! We had a great time!!

Really good tour of the original Heineken plant in Amsterdam. All the displays and interactive activities were amazing and we had a fun experience! We opted for the rooftop experience but we felt it was a waste of money because the rooftop isn't that big and it was a very rainy, chilly day. The view from the rooftop isn't that fascinating so use the extra money for the rooftop entrance elsewhere in Amsterdam. The free glasses of Heineken beer were a nice touch to the whole experience but for the price we paid, it would have been nice to go home with a souvenir glass. We purchased a personalized souvenir Heineken beer bottle filled with beer which was also a nice touch. Overall we had a great experience and we highly recommend it!

Nice experience, the audio guide is available on-site via App and then they send you a cute digital souvenir. The rooftop is nice and the “experimental” beers to taste are interesting; overall I liked it and I recommend it.

Pleasantly surprised with this experience! Wasn’t expecting such a fun and interactive tour but had a blast. My friend isn’t a beer drinker but she even admitted the tour was fun.

The whole experience was amazing, from start to finish. We can't thank Jakub, andjani and Jordan enough... They made the experience stand out for us, especially Jakub who went the extra mile and is a lovely human being. Thank you for putting up with us!!
