Such mixed feelings about this booking. The day before my trip I was receiving text confirming my booking and the app told me that someone would be waiting for me by baggage claim. One main reason that I booked the service is that I was under the impression car seats would be provided. when we arrived at the airport, there was nobody waiting for us. We were able to get them on the phone and they directed us where we could find their on-site employees but when we arrived there, they stated that they had no record of our reservation and recommended that we call the main office. We called the main office. It also seems like they had no record of our reservation, but sent a Van anyway. we were then informed that there were not car seats and if we did want them, there would be an additional charge, but the vans were considered city buses so they were not necessary. We had two children with us and since we’ve already been fumbling through this for some time we decided to go without. the driver arrived promptly. It was very kind, but I noticed that he did not need to ask us where we were going and already knew meaning they must have found our reservation at some point. I was nervous about our return trip. I received a call the night before confirming our pick up time and the driver arrived within five minutes of his schedule time, again without car seats, but was very nice both drivers were very safe drivers and both very friendly if I was rating the drivers alone, they would be getting five stars but due to our reservation experience overall I can only give this a three

Late night drive, driver tried to show us the updates in Lahaina but ended up explaining as best he could due to lack of light.

VIP tours primarily focus on providing shuttle services for the airline crews We waiting an hour 1/2; called the dispatcher x3, spoke to approximately 6 different drivers who saw our name in the list but were not assigned to take us to our hotel. After a very long travel day we were tired. The driver who came was already off duty so overtime but not a happy camper… we’re worried will they pick us up at the end of our stay in a timely way to get us to the airport…..

Great experience, just follow the pick up shuttle area or call them to know which car to get in ; as there are multiple vans outside the area

We just got into Maui, no meet and greet, no shuttle. We called when we got our luggage like they said to do and we were told we have to wait for an hour for a ride.

When I called the number, they had given me after I arrived, the woman on the other end told me they were very busy and the shuttle was not there. When I asked her when it would be there, she said she didn’t know, and it could be upwards of 40 minutes. She then said we can issue a refund, I said I didn’t want a refund. I needed a way to get to my hotel. I ended up having to organize another way to get to my hotel, very frustrating at 10 o’clock at night.

Transport company should put somebody outside the baggage claim to direct the customer where to get the shuttle. There is a parking lot for their shuttles but kind of hidden. Otherwise the driver was good

Driver was punctual, very helpful. Made our arrival to Maui very pleasant and drive to resort very relaxing.

The driver was nice, van was nice. Drop off and pickup from airport to hotel and back was sufficient

This was absolutely the best way to get from the Maui airport to our hotel in Kaanapali! Both of our drivers clearly communicated when and where they would meet us, and the ride was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you so much!
