Additionally, our records and guide report show that no comments or concerns were raised on the day of your tour. We always encourage guests to speak directly with their guide or contact our team immediately if something is not to their satisfaction so we have the opportunity to assist and rectify issues on the spot. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist or resolve concerns when they are only brought to our attention after the tour has already been completed.
