This tour was amazing! My children who are 10 and 12 enjoyed the tour and were fascinated the whole time. Mr. Huerta and bus 388, made the ride there fun and relaxing. Mr. Huerta had so much knowledge at the archeology site. The restaurant at the cenotes had super delicious food and every one was very hospitable. The guides at the turtles had great instructions and made you feel at ease and safe in the water. This experience was amazing from start to finish!

The tour was great! Couple of key points for us that made the trip a great experience: it was our first excursion and we were scared of missing our shuttle but luckily the team keeps you posted of any transportation updates via text and it feels pretty organized and professional. We booked through Viator and the website made it sound like extra expenses for lunch, lockers, and life jackets were not included, but we were pleased to find out they were! The cenotes were beautiful and we felt we had a good amount of time to hang out in them, so it was definitely our favorite part of the day. We stayed right on schedule all day and everything was communicated to us very well in terms of where and when we were expected to be for each part of the excursion. Our only critique would be that the tour of Tulum was a bit slow-paced and not as in-depth as we would have liked, and perhaps more information could have been conveyed within the time we were there, but we understand the limitations the time frame poses. Overall we had an amazing experience and would recommend this trip to other travelers! Bonus tip: bring an umbrella if it’s sunny outside and your own reusable water bottle (no plastic allowed in Tulum)!!

We took part in a beautiful excursion led by Carlos Flota to discover Tulum. The first stop was an unforgettable snorkeling experience, swimming alongside sea turtles in Akumal. Then we headed to the archaeological site of Tulum, where we took a guided tour with interesting explanations about the history of the place. After the visit, we moved to a Mayan community, where we had lunch with typical dishes and had the opportunity to bathe in two suggestive cenotes. Ps: between one stage and the other you can leave on the bus what you do not need, so you can enjoy the excursion with more comfort. The guide speaks excellent Italian.

Beautiful experience, first snorkeling with turtles in Akumal, then visit Tulum and finish lunch in a Mayan community with really good food, followed by swimming in 2 spectacular Cenotes. The guide Carlos Flota, very nice and very prepared, made us taste the cocoa produced there at the time and to participate in a ritual with a Mayan shaman.
