Overall, this tour was a bit disappointing. The main reason we booked the Putrajaya City Tour was to visit and go inside the Pink mosque, however we were not informed at the time of booking that on Fridays it is closed to visitors until after 3pm due to prayers. As a result, we were unable to enter the mosque , which was frustrating as this was the highlight of the tour for us. If this was communicated to us we could have chosen another time to visit. The rest of the tour was fairly average. It was nice to see parts of the city and surrounding areas, but it didn’t make up for missing the main experience we had booked for. That said, the guide was friendly and informative, and did their best to provide information throughout the tour.

The driver was lovely but this "tour" is just a way for the company to scam tourists. Calling it a tour in the title is a lie, it is essentially an overpriced taxi which you could organise your self for a fraction of the cost. Do not do this. Also made very uncomfortable by the driver having to take compulsory photos of me at different places to send his boss. Not female solo traveller friendly.

Great experience to have. The driver was on time, the vehicle was very clean, with air conditioning. The driver was very clear and very explicit. The experience was rewarding, we enjoyed it very much. The only thing I think about improving would be to increase the visit time to the sites "putra mosque" and "perdona putra", because the walking time to reach these sites is already long enough from the parking lot.

Beautiful place I loved plus a nice trained tour guide, he passed us through everything and he’d mention each in regards to its location and history behind. We loved it 👌

It is a beautiful place to visit, the buildings are gorgeous and I recommend doing the cruise, it was so relaxing and the views were amazing

Driver was 30 mins late, could barely understand each other. Said he was just a driver and didnt even tell us where he was taking us, we had to Google it once we could understand what he was saying. Basically what youre paying is a ride to some of the places listed on the tour and you have to figure out the rest. Then took us to the botanic garden which wasn't even listed in the stops of the tour and said to just go walk around. Paid for a car for 4 people and we were squeezed in the back seat. It was just a bad experience overall. The architecture we did see was beautiful.

Had very good experience with driver Raj from the tour company assigned by Viator. Very helpful with the photo shooting and knowledgeable. Only issue was that the itinerary given to Raj by his tour company differed to that sold by Viator, ie 15 min stop at one mosque (masjid Tuanku Mizan) and the visit to the Moroccan was not on the list provided to Raj. There seems to be a problem with communication between Viator and the contracted tour company.

The Guide did not show up, and only bothered to let us know 15min after the tour was supposed to start. They used the fact that we changed the time of the tour 24 hours before the start as an excuse. Very poor excuse since rescheduling was confirmed. Extremely unprofessional to say the least.

It wasn't to my complete liking, a driver took me to the city, I don't know if I was a guide, he left me 2 hours to meet and just told me that was the mosque and the jabatan perdana, that I could go down and up in one of the boats that run the canal Then he took me to the steel mosque and there fortunately a volunteer guide helped me a lot with the history of the place
