Our driver was very accommodating when it came to personal requests to stop for a coffee and at the bank.

Drivers were prompt. Vans were clean and comfortable. We especially liked the massage seats that n the van.

The trip was generally good, but don’t sit on the back seat it’s not comfortable if you are tall! The stop at a shopping market for 25 mins was unnecessary but typical of Vietnamese culture, although this one was dedicated to crafts made by differently abled people which made it bearable!

Very bad - Unprofessional experience EVER! - We prepaid for a private transfer to be meet us at the airport on arrival. NO ONE was there to greet us. We contacted Viator re where is our booked driver- Viator had our flight details - the driver contacted us 1/2 hour later- he told us was caught in traffic. One hour later he turns up. My son noticed that the Fuel light was on and mentioned it to the driver- The driver said "Its ok" - then pulled into a fuel station to fill the fuel up. (all on our time) We were wondering why the travel time was taking so long as he was driving through back streets, He then phoned someone, and he pulled over - handed a woman a paper bag, she handed him money, we drove a little way and then he told us he has to stop to go to the toilet. A journey that was to take 2.5 hour travel time took more than 3.5 hours + 1 hour delay at the air. - He Had to Fuel Up his vehicle, He had to go to the toilet, He Performed personal business, on our Vacation time, & On our $!! We would not recommend this service to any one

They communicated well and arrived exactly on time at the prearranged destination. Everything was flawless.

After booking we received a WhatsApp message from the staff/manager with the booking information. There was no clear instructions on where to meet or what would happen. I had to message and then call the guy on WhatsApp who then told me where to go. I was expecting someone would meet us at the arrivals hall. The driver and car were comfortable and they had a child seat like we requested.

It was very good service provided and excellent response . The company was quite helpful and they provide the required service on spot

I am very disappointed with Viator. We were to be picked up at the cruise terminal and taken to Hanoi for an overnight stay. We found out by the port authority that the driver was not licensed to pick up at the cruise terminal and we were told that they informed him he had to leave the area. We tried multiple times to reach the driver and the tour company and were never able to get through. We were never contacted that we would have to meet the driver at another location for him to take us to Hanoi. We also reached out to Viator with no success resolving this issue. We requested a refund from Viator and they refused stating the driver sent us messages that we were to meet him elsewhere. They took the drivers word over ours and I feel that Viator really let us down and did not stand up for their client and refused to refund us our money. The tour company knew upfront that we were traveling with a person in wheelchair and that they should have been told upfront that he would not be able to come to the cruise terminal to pick us up. We have used Viator for many years and have recommend them to many many many people to book with them, well I will no longer be recommending this company to anyone.

We have used transfer service of Vietrapro twice during my trip in Vietnam. We were 9 people, we opted for Ford Transit vehicle. First service was from Hanoi to Ha Long. Then I have approached Vietrapro again as service was good for Ninh Binh to Hanoi airport. Drivers were on time and helpful. Vehicles' condition was good. Drivers were flexible with taking dollars or dongs. Rates are best in market.

It’s really affordable. The driver also took us to the rest stop to rest and use the toilet. It’s highly recommended. It’s much cheaper than other platforms. You can subscribe and check it out! Because the driver didn’t talk much, we got in the car and fell asleep! Sleeping the whole way to Halong Bay! This trip takes about 4 hours! The scenery along the way is also very good. You can enjoy it.
