Audio Guide did not work - overpriced
You had to download an App onto your phone and use your own airpods/headphones - but the audio guide did not pick up most of the locations so we only heard some of them Overpriced for what it was

First time in Italy and...
First time in Italy and really wanted to go see coliseum. Got the tickets like 3 days before . Got in just fine. Arrived 15 minutes early.

Not what I thought it would be.
Be sure the term "Full Experience with Arena Access" means what you think it means. I thought it would include the below ground part of the Arena but it does not. You also do not get the very upper access to the top of the colosseum. As well, there was no one visible person representing Dream Tourism or a sign indicating that you could talk to them at the Arches as was touted in the ticket purchase. so very unorganized at the beginning. Also, the app for the audio part of the self guided experience did not work and nobody knew how to help in getting access, so therefore no info. So, overall i did appreciate the historical significance of the colosseum but the services around that are more of a tourist trap and you are herded through the large crowd to move you as quickly as possible to an exit. I got caught up in a moving stream of people and was not able to get back to my partner as areas were blocked off to make that return impossible to happen. That kind of ruined the 'experience'.

This ticket includes access to the Arena Floor, but it does not include the underground areas or the upper levels of the Colosseum.

Confusing
The self guided tour was difficult to follow. The The tracking program did not work and it was hard to know where we were in the map.

No experience.
We didn't have the chance to visit due to a employee fell and died, Coleseum was close the day we were scheduled. Hope we get our money back

Great Collosem and Palatine Hills visit.
Great experience and easy to navigate. Coliseum was great but really enjoyed the Palatine Hills experience.

Not recommended with Viator.
You pay to enter and the rest does not work. Too many people, too much chaos. The Colosseum is very pretty, but never again with Viator.
