The trip was very good. However what the downloaded program was describing was out of sync with what we were seeing on the tour. It was a bit confusing.

Limited choice of free drinks, no snacks ok but could do better.

Very relaxing cruise with free beverages such as coffee, tea, water and juice. Beautiful views that you cannot get from the shore.

It was the best thing I've done in Portugal.The staff is friendly and helpful.You feel relaxed while hovering about 40m in the air while listening to great music 🇵🇹

The staff on the boat were amazing…we didn’t sail for nearly 15 minutes after start but it was a great cruise and we got to see some great stuff. Worth every penny…the drink they gave us sucked but we were able to purchase a real drink so it was ok.

We took the Promenade day tour on a Sunday. This was a busy and hot day. First point to make was that there no safety briefing for the trip. You have to figure out for yourself where lifejackets are etc. There's no audio onboard so you need to download the guide via the App store. The app is not that great and kept crashing if you open any other apps. The free drink is a small orange juice, water or coffee. The river tour is a mearly a circular journey up and back to the main bridge. Was it value for money = No. My advice is to go into the Terminal building and book direct with any of the other River Tour operators.

A "free drink" is only orange juice, coffee, tea, or water. Soft drinks had to be paid for separately. Boat tour itself was good. You should sit on the steering side (right). The ship's crew could also look friendlier.

Easy to book and a great way to orientate your exploration of Lisbon and it’s geography., the promised complimentary drink and snack perhaps needed a little more prompting

Lowest deck very comfortable. Middle deck hot and seating average. The drink choice is poor: water, oj or sweet wine. Staff friendly. No commentary or idea of what you are looking at along the way.

If you're looking for a River Cruise Tour with a guide on board this is not the tour for you. The ride was lovely but we expected history to be explained to us. The glasses that the drinks were served in were dirty and the drinks were lukewarm. From this perspective we were disappointed.
