We wanted to book an evening cooking class, but unfortunately they were all already booked up during our vacation. But we were immediately offered an alternative for a cooking class at noon. Enzo always responded very quickly and in a friendly manner in English. We were picked up directly at the hotel, from where we first went to a viewpoint at Capo Vaticano. Upon arriving at the agriturismo, we first received a tour of the property to see the animals and gardens. At the chicken coop, we were allowed to collect the eggs for the pasta and, in the garden, the vegetables for the sauce. We then all prepared the ingredients for a 3-course meal together, which the chef then finished cooking. Everything tasted very good, and we would definitely do it again and recommend it to everyone. Everything was perfectly translated into English, and it was also ensured that the group from different countries got along well with each other. Nice people, good conversations, good food. What more could you want? 👍

It was a delightful experience. Enjoy is a wonderful host and tour guide. His English is very good. The place where we did the cooking prep had spectacular views. They grow their own vegetable, they used eggs from their farm and make bread from the wheat grown there. Over all it was well worth. I highly recommend it

Enzo picked us up from our apartment, drove us to a beautiful view at Capo Vaticano with drinks, then to dinner at the farm. The farm is a beautiful agroturismo (farm/ hotel/ restaurant) and we toured the farm, picked veggies, and made pasta/ antipasto/ dolci with the chef Antonio. Excellent vibes all around, excellent meal, and Enzo made everything work well. The sunset view from the restaurant is unbeatable, and Capo Vaticano is amazing as well. Excellent activity!

Ciao Enzo, it was a fantastic evening perfectly planned, with an international, very nice and likable group, the location was very appealing, Chef Antonio accompanied us very nicely and likably through the evening and of course perfectly moderated by you, all in all highly recommended, Mille Grazie, Cordiale Saluti, Sabine and Erwin

The cooking class was great! Enzo speaks very good English and makes it a super experience. Especially for my friend's birthday he arranged for us to make tiramisu. I would recommend it to anyone, it is a real added value for your holiday in Calabria.

From the moment we booked the service we received was excellent. Vincenzo was attentive to all and he and his team provided a perfect evening of food, wine, cooking and fun. Delicious in every way. We could not have asked for better.

The experience and food was excellent. Enzo and the team were so nice and it was a real hands on experience in a wonderful setting. We would really recommend it.

We had a great time with our private pasta making class! We were traveling with our 8 month old baby and I was worried I wasn’t going to get the most out of the class, but Enzo and the whole staff were very accommodating. They were all friendly and welcoming and Enzo even took care of our baby while we participated in the class. In between breaks I was able to feed and change my baby’s diaper, so I would say this is a very baby friendly experience, something so valuable to parents who want to continue to travel while prioritizing their baby’s needs. We experienced eating Cedro, a citrus we’ve never encountered before. We made our own pasta, and watched the chef make very tasty zucchini appetizer. The walk in the farm/garden was very informative and impressive to know that 90% of what the restaurant prepares comes from their garden. In the end they made a house made Limoncello that tasted better than anything we had at the Amalfi Coast. Thank you so much for this experience!

We had an amazing and unforgettable farm-to-table cooking experience. We started in the garden and farm area gathering eggs from under a chicken and plucking strawberries from the field. We then put the eggs to use in delicious homemade pasta and our chef/ teacher topped a delectable deconstructed cannoli dessert with the berries. Our guide Enzo seamlessly ushered us through the cooking steps, translating the chef’s instructions and shared such interesting tidbits about Calabrian food and native produce. It was an enjoyable, relaxing and delicious few hours. Highly recommend.
