Anna did great! 😊 Being a solo person I was nervous and this was sooo fun. It was easy to be engaged and fun to learn different facts. Enjoyed and would definitely do it again with friends or hubby when I return! 💗

事業者からの返答
Thank you, Darren, for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your host did not show up for the tour. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, especially after making plans and setting aside time for the experience. Unfortunately, unexpected circumstances can occasionally prevent a host from reaching the meeting point, and we deeply regret that this happened during your booking. We take situations like this seriously and are reviewing what went wrong to help prevent similar incidents in the future. Please be assured that we have already processed your refund accordingly, as we always make sure to provide a refund in circumstances where a tour cannot take place due to a no-show from the host. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, and we appreciate your understanding.

Very nice evening out with Didar
My wife and I had a great evening out with Didar as our guide. She was organized, a good conversationalist, and very pleasant to chat with. The tour was mostly as described - a relaxed walk around town with a few stops for drinks. We were never rushed and enjoyed the evening. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 as I expected and would have liked to receive more stores and information about Florence.
