1/5 Stars – Massive rip-off.
Save your money and skip this place entirely. Paying a premium price for a beach day shouldn't feel like a punishment, but that's exactly what you get here.
The Setup: The "luxury" beach chairs are rock-hard, and leave your back aching within twenty minutes.
The Bar: The cocktails are a complete joke. Stored in large orange Gatorade coolers, they served us lukewarm, sickeningly sweet mixed drinks that tasted (and looked) like they were mixed directly from cheap Kool-Aid packets rather than actual juice or spirits.
You're better off buying a cheap lawn chair and a cooler full of drinks at the grocery store—you'll have an infinitely better time for a fraction of the cost.

Refreshing and enjoyable
It's a nice relaxing type of excursion. We were all strapped together in a circle and the water never gets or stays very rapid. Water was cold! Never felt in danger. It's a long bus ride to and from but on the way there our 2 sweet lady guides taught us a lot about Jamaica.
At the Bamboo beach, the water was the perfect temperature, the chairs were comfortable and most were covered. The meal was good, hot and fresh. We enjoyed the day!

Laughter all day
What a fantastic day! From pick up to drop off, fantastic value for money. Our river guide Davian was pure comedy.
Only negative would have to be beer was not cold enough.

Great experience!
It was great and peaceful... we had a host named Khaleisha from Bamboo Beach, she was so sweet and pleasant. Our food came out on time for each meal, we never had to wait. Thanks you again for the great food and hostility.
P.s WE had a great drive who was also entertaining and informed us a lot about Jamaican? We greatly appreciate the knowledge. This was a great trip, nothing was wasted. We highly appreciate everything.

Fun Family Excursion!
Amazing experience. The driver from the cruise port was informative and funny. River tubing was a blast and surprisingly refreshing. The beach break was very relaxing with lovely water, complimentary drinks and excellent food. Would definitely recommend!

Bamboo Beach Club….Wonderful time and great service!
We went to the Bamboo Beach Club after a wonderful River tubing experience… Our waitress, Rameeka (sp) was a jewel! She made our family day one to be remembered. She was wonderful!, Highly recommend for a great beach day!

Fun tubing experience
Duane and Davian were excellent guides for the tubing experience. The river was beautiful and we had a great time. I highly recommend them. The beach club experience needs work. The food was delicious, but came out too slowly, we waited a very long time for the main course. Please offer water to the clients, it was quite a hot day and we had to ask the staff to bring it. The beach was breathtaking, swimming there was refreshing.

Montego Bay River Tubing & Bamboo Beach Club + Lunch & Cocktails
The taxi service was superb with a helpful and informative driverwith a comfortable small SUV. The guide was picked upen-route who repeated alot of the intersting facts that we had already been given, but it was good to see they care alot about there country.
The tubing was great fun, wished it had been longer, no waiting and hassle.
The Dunns River Falls started with having to wait around to get a guide, it seemed asthough there was only one working. This lead to us being in a group of around 20 so lots of waiting around and being pusged through the conveyorbelt of photos etc. A little disappointed as it took some of the enjoyment asweay having done it before.
Finished off at the Bamboo Beach Bar, very very quiet, were put on to the loungers and after 10mins was brought a glass of lemonade, no other drinks offered, brought a starter and then main course which were ok, brought a cocktail that was dedlicious but that was it for drinks, no offer of water or purchasing any drinks, no beach bar was visible. Awkward thoughout and not pleasant.

A great excursion with tubing and lunch and beach time
We enjoyed this excursion. Tee our guide and Valentine our driver were efficient and attentive. Errol our river guide was fun and made the tubing safe. The ride from Montego Bay was close to an hour but worth it. The tubing was in water cold and refreshing. The lunch was good, as was the rum punch. Beach time was appreciated, and Tee brought us our food and drink. A fun time - we would do it again.

Bamboo Beach - 3 of 5 stars
The river rafting was quite enjoyable. Our guide Areville was nice and did a good job getting us safely down the river. Water was cool and running well so our trip went quickly. The pickup and return trip to the ship went well with plenty of time to get back not rushed.
The problem with this trip - we were taken to Bamboo Beach Club first not to the river rafting as advertised. We were served lunch at 10 AM while other groups were taken to the river rafting first. I expect this was due to the nuber of guests present at one time. My wife and I along with the rest of our group were not ready to eat lunch that early. The food was good with the jerk chicken outstanding. The second disappointment was we were picked up at a alternate landing by vehcile instead fo the video advertised kayak out to Bamboo Beach. If the excursion hd been doen in the order shown in many YouTube videos it would have been much more enjoyable.
