Chantana was a great hostess.. bringing us from the bus to the beautiful beach with great dancers.

We booked the excursion for the Bamboo Beach Escape through the Royal Caribbean app. It cost $84 per person, so $168 for 2 people. The time we had to meet was 12:30 and duration was to be 4 hours. As we are on the drive to this beach club, the girl informs us we will be leaving the beach around 3pm. Mind you, it's already past 1pm and we arrive around 1:10 pm. So less than 2 hours, for $168 to go to this beach is a little ridiculous. The beach was OK, the water is rocky, food was OK.. They have a lot of chairs but told us we had to sit in a certain area on these worn out wooden chairs. Some of the girls/staff were friendly, but when bringing lunch I said I didn't want to eat the one meal because it had fish (not allergic, just don't eat seafood). She got rude and said, "we asked about that on the bus." I said "no, you asked about allergies." It just wasn't what I was expecting I guess, I would've rather saved money and just stayed on the ship.

Rihana was the most amazing hostess. She gave us history on the area during the drive and made sure we always had what we needed during our beach time. I even got a nice massage on the beach! Food and drinks were delicious. Highly recommend. Thank you, Rihana!!!

We had an amazing time our tour girl was name April and she was such a sweetheart. Our driver i can’t remember his name however he was great also.

First thing, this is listed as Ocho Rios, but is in Trelawney 45 mins away from Ocho Rios. The beach club is a small section of rocky/sandy beach that has been roped off for this experience. They have it in about 5 sections. We were placed in the last section and we couldn't use chairs at the same location that remained empty our entire visit. The set up is ok but not ideal. I've been to several clubs like this but this is the first one I couldn't see my family in the water from my chair. The food was OK, drinks were on par with the food. We didn't eat half of the food as my family has some picky eaters. Not a bad place and the people were pleasant as long as you stayed in your section.

Well, I'm not sure where all the 5 star reviews came from, but this was not a 5 star experience. Quickly: Beach...meh. Drinks...OK. Food...OK. Loungers...meh. Service...good. Bathroom and changing facilities...Good. Value...OK We had an "on our own" day planned that got sidetracked when our ship made a last minute change of ports. We quickly jumped online--thank God for the internet access :-). A quick search and cursory review of a few reviews and we decided to go with Bamboo. It would have been nice to have a bit more planning time, but circumstances forced us into a relatively quick group decision. It is what it is...<> Look, I'm not complaining about someone not getting my drink right or anything else that was trivial. It's simply that the entire feel of the place was 2nd rate and certainly not something that I would say is a good or excellent way to spend my money while visiting the cruise port. The staff worked very hard to make the experience good for everyone, so I give points for their hard work. My advice: do a bit more research before you settle on this mediocre experience.

Very nice area. Good lunch and very attentive staff. Beach was calm and clear. Great area to snorkel. Plenty of small fish to see.

The shuttle bus arrived on time and picked us up. For pickup we had to enter a location of a hotel nearby. Afterwards we contacted the organizer if he could pick us up in our apartment which was no problem. The driver was very sympathetic, told us a lot about the island. We were also very sympathetic to other questions

Princess was our guide to Dunn’s river falls and bamboo beach break. She was very fun and informative on things to be aware of. Lunch and cocktails were also great, we’d definitely visit again!
