Our team always aims to provide punctual service, and we regret the delay at the start of your tour. By our records, you were picked up within 10 min of your appointed pickup time. Please note that pick-ups are not an exact science; we kindly ask all our guests to be understanding of + 10 min changes that can occur because of traffic conditions. Regarding the drop-off location, due to city traffic regulations in Dubrovnik, we are not able to drop off people at Pile Gate in the afternoon; this was all communicated in advance. We dropped you off 10 minutes ' walk from Pile Gate. We do our best to assist guests with directions for the remainder of their journey. We also appreciate your comments about the itinerary and guiding. The time at the Pilgrimage is for self-exploration, prayer and reflection; the guide was not supposed to accompany you at this point. This was your free time. Your observations help us to improve and ensure that future guests have a more fulfilling experience.
