飛騨高山の平田酒造見学

今年創業130周年を迎える平田酒造は、2024年に移転する新蔵の見学ツアーを実施。 各ツアーは少人数制で、スタッフによる蔵内ガイドや試飲も行われ、酒造りを間近で学ぶことができる。 平田酒造のルーツは江戸時代の明和6年（1769年）に遡る。 飛騨高山の中心部で油蝋燭のびんつけ屋を営んでいた商人が始めた。 明治時代の1895年（明治28年）に5代目がこれを造り酒屋に改築したのが平田酒造の始まりである。 日本語の精神文化の源泉であり、厳しい冬と豊かな酒造りの伝統を持つ飛騨ならではの強みが、極上の日本酒を生み出しています。 それが平田酒造です。

We participated in the Hirata Sake brewery tour in Hida Takayama and it was a truly interesting experience. Our guide, Fuji, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful: he accompanied us to discover the artisanal sake distillery, explaining all the production phases to us in a clear and engaging way, from the processing of the rice to the final product. At the end of the visit we participated in a tasting of three different sakes, all produced by them and with very particular characteristics, which allowed us to appreciate the different nuances of this traditional drink. We highly recommend this experience to those visiting Takayama who want to get to know sake, one of the city's most representative specialties, more closely. A well-organized, authentic and truly pleasant tour.
