The car was very comfortable We had a lovely guide but there didn’t seem to be much information about any of the sights we saw. A lot of it we felt we could have just got in a cab and done ourselves.
It comes to our huge surprise that you did not mention for the fact you overslept and was late for the meetup time for almost 1 hour, and we had all right to cancel the tour but accepted it you still wanted the tour. We are very sorry for it and it has been all recorded with Viator. Please have a safe trip in Japan.
You would think with a company as large as yours that there would be more than one person to conduct the tour. Our only time in Tokyo and it was ruined because you only had one person to give the tour and he got sick. we received a fast refund and that was all we got from you.
Our guide, Sho, was excellent. In just 4 hours he took us to 4 major sections of Tokyo. We were able to spend time at each location. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of our crazy questions with excellent English. Thanks for a fun time, Sho!!

Our guide, Syun was excellent. We took away so much from each place we visited. Our tour was the perfect combination of food, gardens, temples, Japanese history as well as architecture and an overview of the different neighborhoods in Tokyo. He took so many pictures for our collection. Just so very kind. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Emiko-san was our guide and made it a very enjoyable experience for my family and I. While I live in Japan I've never had the chance to explore Tokyo yet and it was a first time for my family too and we had a great time. We enjoyed all the sites we saw and Emiko-san was very informed about the temples, shrines, and palaces that we felt we learned so much. The company did a great job communicating with me and making a schedule that worked for my family and were quickly able to answer any of my questions. I would most definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to see a lot of Tokyo and have a good time doing so.
