Avoid At All Costs
Going to Lisbon Cruise Port from hotel. Driver didn’t assist with loading bags. Van smelled sour from cigarettes. Driver had no idea where he was going and turned down a wrong area that instead of backing up he stopped the vehicle and told us to get out and we could walk the rest of the way since the ship was in front of us. Had to walk about 1 km. Horrible all around experience

Really nice vehicle
Driver was on time and good. Nice vehicle, was easy to get in and out. Helped with luggage. Personable.

Super transfer to hotel
Pedro was outstanding. Communicated his position where to meet, great review of the city en route to hotel. Highly recommend for all transfers. And much lower cost than taxi.

Good Hotel to Cruise Port Transfer
Perfect way to get to the port. Picked us up at our hotel at time we requested (indeed arrived early) and dropped us right off at the port where porters grabbed our bags and helped us skip the otherwise super long lines. Strong recommendation.

They were not...
They were not accommodating. The day before I asked if we could be picked up earlier because boarding was earlier and the request was denied. My other family members used a different company and that company agreed to come earlier.

Great start to Lisbon
Antonio was wonderful. He was a plethora of information and made our trip enjoyable. Our ship went into another port than the one originally stated and he came right to us. He gave us some recommendations on what to do, see and eat. His English was good.

Great ride!
Driver arrived on time to pick us up at the cruise terminal. He was very helpful and managed to fit all our numerous luggages into the van. During the ride, he gave us some useful tips and info on Lisbon

Above and beyond
The driver went above and beyond to pick us up from our pickup point. It was very hard to reach us by car and he walked all the way up from where he was parked and helped us down carrying my bag. He was very friendly.

Airport transfer from hotel
Easy and affordable way to get to the airport from central Lisbon. The driver was there early, so we were at the terminal in plenty of time.
