Amazing experience for me and my family! Fernanda was our guide and he was just amazing - funny, friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The cenote was gorgeous as well and refreshing on a hot day.
Was just a little uncertain about how the transport process worked at first. Ultimately, it all worked out great.
The ride and guide was amazing! I was not a fan of how to get to our destination tour. We had to find a ride to Coco Bungle and then our transportation person was wonderful but did not speak any English. Once we arrived at the Jungle Buggy site everything was amazing!
The tour itself was amazing, the tour guides were really great. The buggies were super fun, the cenote gorgeous. They basically take you driving for a while and then you go to the cenote. But I’m honestly not sure if I would recommend this specific tour again only because of the transportation pick up to and from our hotel.… It was pretty uncomfortable to the point that I wouldn’t do it again. The Van they picked us up and was so old and so uncomfortable, I’m not sure how it still drives. There is absolutely no suspension and you spend about 15 minutes on the bumpiest road known to man. If they could upgrade the pick up van, it would completely change the experience overall.
Amazing experience for me and my family! My 2 sons said it was the highlight of our vacation! Fernando was our guide and he was so friendly and funny! He made it even more entertaining my doing tricks on his ATV as he lead the pack! The Cenote was gorgeous as well and refreshing on a hot day! I would recommend this to anyone! Note: Do not be afraid of being picked up in a sketchy white van and then led up a windy road where some men close a gate behind you when the van comes goes past. 🤣. I must admit I started praying when that happened and I prayed all the way up the bumpy, windy road until we saw the buggy’s and guides!🙏🏽😇 God is great and we had a great experience!
We had a great time with Fernando, Rico and Ricardo. Vehicles were good and we were well looked after. Masks and bandanas provided to deal with the dust from the ride. The Cenote swim at the end was a great way to cool down and clean up. Just a really fun day and the guys had a great sense of humour along the way. Highly recommended.

Great time! Definitely get dirty! Recommend getting bandanas at location 2 for 5. Really bumpy and have to walk a way to swim. We wore flip flops and was ok. Fernando was great.
