Fernando was an incredible guide. He was very funny and knowledgeable. We had so much fun on his excursion. We highly recommend Fernando. The cenote was incredible. Don’t forget to bring your mask.

We didn’t get to go. They canceled the very last minute. They told us it was because no one else was scheduled. But later we found out it was a holiday and so they closed the office so it was very very bad service.

10/10 recommend! We had a blast! Recommend bringing water proof phone case and bag and be sure to hit the water holes fast!

Great family time. The guides were top-notch, clear explanations with a touch of humor. The buggy ride in 2 stages, including a very fun section. Swimming in a less-frequented cenote with magnificent water and the possibility of doing a few dives. I really recommend this activity with jungle buggy tour

We was a group of 6 adults that did this buggy tour , we got picked up from our hotel by a lovely driver he couldn’t speak much English but he tried his best , we arrived around 35 mins later was greeted by the nicest dog called makina. Rigo and Fernando ,was our tour guides they spoke very good English and was amazing guides always looking back and checking everyone was ok and safe , we went to a cenote where the water was so clear and refreshing fernando and Rigo offered to take any photos and videos we wanted , then we headed back through the jungle again , before heading back where the tour came to an end , we was offered snacks before heading back to our hotel , I would highly recommend this buggy tour operator we have used it previously . Take some cash with for a modest tip as the photos and videos they take on your phone are well worth it.

What an amazing day from start to finish. Amazing service booking the trip itself , very helpful and accommodating our family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 kids needed a 4 seater buggy , wasn’t a problem at all they even juggled things around so easy and helpful. Picked up bang on time at the meeting point , then a short drive to the actual place … bumpy ride on bus along the roads to get there but part of the fun. When we arrived we were greeted by Fernando and Rigo they Got us quickly set up and ready to go. Our group was small which made it even better . They made a fuss of the kids taking our pics and were funny. Whizzed round the jungle which was great fun , felt super safe . Arrived at the beautiful cenote which was amazing such a beautiful sacred place , great fun encouraging the kids to jump in , taking more hilarious pics of us all (on our own phones) then headed back whizzing through jungle like something off Jumanji , kids absolutely loved it rocking there bandanas. Our tour guides Fernando and his partner were attentive, knowledgeable, made sure our group were safe the entire time. They were kind, funny, and made our trip very enjoyable.

So much fun driving the buggy through the jungle! It felt like we were in Jumanji. Rigo and Fernando were excellent guides that were thoughtful, funny, and knowledgeable about the area. They were very patient and made everyone feel comfortable!

The experience was a 10! The buggies were super fun, and the cenote was spectacular since, being a totally natural and little-known spot, it was just us in the group, which was 6 people. Fernando's treatment was incredible since he told us things about the culture, gastronomy, and cenotes and was in no rush to finish, which made you feel super comfortable. Without a doubt, we would repeat the experience!!!

Awesome experience definitely recommend it very safe but also very fun it’s more of a private experience in small groups I appreciate it that. Also our tour guide Fernando was awesome very funny and outgoing definitely go support his family’s business.
