After reviewing the reservation, we confirmed the pickup details with you prior to the tour, and the correct hotel (Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas) was provided and acknowledged. Our guide arrived at the confirmed location and also attempted to contact you by phone when you did not appear, but was unable to reach you.
