An Excellent tour highlighting the main attractions of Toronto! Aaron was a lovely tour guide. Very informative and organised. It turned out to be a kind of personal tour as there was no-one one else present. Aaron was kind enough to drop us back at our hotel.

This was a very poor experience. I’ve been on many tours. The tour was supposed to last 8-9 hours. It lasted barely 6 hours. The Tour Guide told me I owed a $5 fuel surcharge. I complained to Viator and the provider via text and was not charged. One lady on the tour paid it, though. The Tour Guide just drove around the city and dropped us off at different sites. He told us very little. Spent most of his time on his phone. Very unprofessional.

As for the guide's commentary, please note that for this tour, the guide also serves as the driver and, due to parking restrictions, could only provide narration on the vehicle. However, we agree that his use of the phone was unprofessional, and we will address this with him directly. We apologize for the confusion over the $5 fuel surcharge and are glad it was not charged to you. We also regret that snacks were not provided and will review our onboard offerings. We understand Viator has issued a $15 refund as compensation. We hope you will accept our sincere apologies and give us a chance to serve you better in the future.

Lots to learn about Toronto. Best stops were the University of Toronto and the Distillery. Recommend purchasing to boat ride. Great way to see the lakefront area and learn more interesting facts about Toronto!!

I booked this because I’m a huge film nerd and it exceeded expectations. Seeing how the city transforms into other places was honestly mind-blowing. Our guide made it so engaging. The University of Toronto stop was awesome.
