Geared towards South East Asian travellers, run by guides who are difficult to understand as their English isn’t great. They are good at eating, drinking coffee, balancing a microphone and driving a minibus all at the same time though. This tour wasn’t cheap but at the first lunch stop (McDonald’s) the guide passive aggressively attempted to make everyone sign up to extra ‘experiences’ and then suddenly land you with a $20CAD a day per person ‘service charge’ - which isn’t listed anywhere on the viator description. ‘You must pay’ I was told. Only when I involved Viator did this ‘charge’ mysteriously no longer apply. No apology or explanation from the guide. One might suspect a degree of ‘pulling a fast one’ there. I was so annoyed I advised the guide and viator I would not be continuing the tour and left at the first viable opportunity. Before doing so the guide attempted to make me sign a disclaimer that removed any liability for expense or refund. I refused. To be absolutely fair to Viator they reacted immediately and professionally and within 48 hours advised they would refund me in full. Don’t let this put you off booking trips with Viator - they really looked after me and appreciated how disappointing the tour company and its guide’s behaviour had been. Top marks to them. If I could give the tour company zero I would. Buyer beware.

We had a great trip with Andy. He educated us on so much. He made everything super easy and relaxed. The trip was packed with all the things we wanted to see plus some! It was so nice not to have to drive, park, navigate, get tickets for attractions, or book hotels. We could just relax and enjoy.

It was a very well organised tour and the guide who accompanied us Cindy was excellent with her timings and the explanation of events and places. The only downside of the tour was that we were not informed beforehand about the 20 dollar per day per person service charge that was recovered.

It’s tiring but the best way to see 4 cities in 3 days. If you have limited time. Our guide Lisa is amazing. I enjoyed this tour with my sister and cousin.

I joined this 3 day tour during my annual leave, and it was such a great experience! We visited several cities, and each one had its own unique vibe and highlights, which made the trip really interesting and memorable.The tour was super convenient！I didn't have to worry about transportation or accommodation at all, which made everything stress-free. In just 3 days, we were able to see so many attractions and explore different places efficiently. the tour was well planned and even though there were some long drives, it never felt too tiring.

It was so much fun. Our tour guide Kevin Chen was so awesome. He provided all the information and trivia regarding the places we visited. All the group members were so amazing. Definitely recommend this tour to everyone.

My wife and I are happy to be part of the tour group that travelled across Eastern Canada in the beginning of October 2025. We enjoyed every moment of the tour. Cindy, the tour manager was someone with good tour guide experience who knows what she does. We experienced this throughout our journey. Cindy had good knowledge about the places we visited and gave us accurate information on what we saw. She was successful in sticking to the time frame at every venue that we visited. She displayed that she cared for each member of the group and was instrumental in retrieving the lost bag of a group member and solacing a wife who missed her husband at a tour venue. Accommodation and selection of restaurants were up to the mark.
