Mitch,our driver, was awesome! Not only did he know his stuff, he was funny and personable! Breathtaking views all day! The clouds cleared by the end of the day and Mt Ranier was bathed in sun! Highly recommend!

The tour guide Chris forced tips at the end of the trip. He was not satisfied with our tip and insisted that we have to pay 25 dollars per guest. We do not think his service deserves this amount. Chris was extremely impatient about guest’s questions. When a guest had a question for him, he said, “I will address everything together. Do not ask me questions individually.”

I joined this tour in mid-August, and it was a highly satisfying experience. Our tour guide was incredibly polite and professional; during the drive there, she gave us a clear overview of the itinerary and a rough timeline for the day. One thing to note: our confirmation text stated that lunch was included, but it turned out to be a mistake and was not provided. Fortunately, there were cafes at the base of the mountain where we could buy food. However, buying lunch on-site is a bit pricey, so I'd recommend packing your own food if your tour doesn't include it. As for Mount Rainier itself, it goes without saying that it was absolutely stunning—I only wish we had more time for hiking! Overall, having all the transportation handled made the trip incredibly easy and relaxing. Highly recommended!

We were crammed into a very small van with many stops, forcing us to crawl all over each other to get in and out. Our driver was supposed to speak English, but it was broken English, and no one could understand him. I feel like it was a wasted day and a waste of money I would never recommend this tour to anyone. Wow, the mountain was very majestic. The tour itself was below standards and not as advertised. I will be requesting a full refund.
