Above and beyond service — thank you, Khiar!
We booked a private car transfer from Casablanca to Marrakech through premium transfers and tours and it was a wonderful start to our trip. Our driver, Khiar, was incredibly sweet and made the whole journey comfortable and relaxed. He was attentive throughout the ride and, most memorably, made sure we arrived safely at our riad before he left — even helping us get settled rather than just dropping us off and driving away. That kind of care really stood out and made us feel looked after. The drive itself was smooth, and having such a friendly, considerate driver made it feel less like a transfer and more like the start of a great Moroccan welcome. Highly recommend requesting Khiar if you can — he goes above and beyond. Thank you for making our arrival in Marrakech so easy and pleasant!

Khiar going out of his way to see you settled into your riad instead of just dropping you off says everything about how he treats guests. So glad your first stretch in Morocco started on the right note, thank you for such a thoughtful review!

Flawless and professional transfers
Premium Transfers was amazing. I used them multiple times from Casablanca to Marrakech, Marrakech to Taghazout, Taghazout to Marrakech airport, Fez to Rabat , Rabat to Casablanca and our final trip to the airport. They were very accommodating and constantly giving us updates. The drivers always arrived early and stopped as many times as needed to rest. I would highly recommend using their services they were amazing.

Our trip with Khiar was lovely. He was on time, stopped for restrooms without us having to ask, and got us to Marrakesh safely and quickly! Very worth the cost.

Round trip from Casablanca to Marrakesh
I traveled from Casablanca to Marrakesh with my parents and 3-year-old son ( it was 4 of us), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was outstanding, making everything easy and stress-free. Our driver, Minhaj, was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. He thoughtfully provided bottled water for us and even ice cream for our son, which was such a kind gesture. The vehicle was spacious, luxurious, and extremely comfortable, and a child car seat was provided as requested. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the journey. I highly recommend this transfer service and would definitely use it again.

Booked, Confirmed and Ghosted
Terrible experience. Would not recommend for transfers. We booked a transfer from Casablanca to Marrakesh and confirmed the booking via their WhatsApp chat the night before. The driver never showed up at our hotel and it was not possible to contact anyone at the company. We ended up having to change our plans last minute to take the train instead and arrived late at our destination.
事業者からの返答
Dear Guest, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We take feedback like yours very seriously and will thoroughly investigate what happened with your booking and the communication issues you encountered. Please note that situations of this nature are extremely unusual for our company and, to our knowledge, we have not experienced a similar incident before. We understand how frustrating it must have been to alter your travel plans at the last minute and arrive late at your destination. We appreciate you sharing your experience, as it helps us review our procedures and ensure the highest level of service for all our guests.
