I made a reservation for pick up on July 10, 2025 for 10 AM. The reservation was confirmed and paid for. When I got up on July 10, and it was time to go out for the shuttle, I opened my email and it stated that “we are not doing shared shuttles from your hotel on that day. You will not be picked up unless you pay additional money for a private shuttle pick up“. Of course this immediately sent my husband and I into a bit of franticness because we needed to find another ride to the airport FAST and by us being forced to book a new ride to the airport on the spot with someone else, it cost us 2 1/2 times the original cost. Now just to be clear, the service that I requested was paid for so they took the money (processed the payment and even originally sent a confirmation email confirming pick up) and even after they didn’t pick me up, I had to send emails to get a refund and was told that it would take up to 21 days to process. I don’t know about anybody else, but if you have to catch an international flight or any flight, I would not trust this company to provide me with service from the airport because they will carelessly cancel on you at the last minute and you will be forced to pay another company more because of a last-minute arrangement. And by the way, we almost missed our flight
