Santos cruise port is enormous, do your research in advance for pick up location. When multiple ships arrive there can be thousands of people all trying to get transport and airport coaches at the same time,!. Please note this is not like any other cruise port, there is no line of taxis waiting. Upon leaving cruise port the journey to Sao Paolo city and the airport is almost 2 hours. So my advice is book your transfer and identify your pick up location in advance. Good Luck
The driver arrived early and was very friendly. We arrived at our destination safely and would recommend this driver.
We had a great driver. He was prompt and dressed professional. Our driver didn't speak much English but he was able to communicate with us with his phone translation App. He was funny and kind. He had excellent driving skills. Our destination ride was over an hour long, doing the ride our driver taught us how to say a few words in Portuguese. We had a fun and entertaining ride to our destination .
Ripped Off-I booked transportation from São Paulo, Brazil, to the Santos, Brazil, Cruise Port for March 22, 2026, with Taxigo through Viator, months in advance, letting them know that I travel with a folding scooter. One day on March 21. 2026 before we were to go to Santos, I received a text from Viator saying they had canceled my reservations because I needed a minivan or SUV. They made me rebook, upgrade, and pay $100 ($406) more for the minivan or SUV category. However, I did not get a Minivan or SUV. What pulled up to our hotel was a cramped regular Cheverlot car with a luggage rack on top, and I got a cramped two-hour ride. I regret getting in the Cherverlot and not complaining immediately. The company pulled a switcharoo. Viator is owned by TripAdvisor. Beware traveler! Ardenia Terry
Friendly driver and very prompt. We arrived at the Port of Santos for an 8-day cruise. The Port was chaotic but we had more than enough time to figure things out.
The vendor used lies. They do not provide the car I paid for. They cancelled my original reservations and told me I needed a minivan or suv which they did not provide. They supplied a regular Chevrolet with a luggage rack on top for the luggage. (I have a picture of the car.) No room in the vehicle, very uncomfortable for someone who uses a mobility scooter. My knees touched the dashboard for the two-hour ride.

Eight people. Had to be for extra luggage. Worth because of extra room. Be honest and you will be comfortable. Large vehicles and great driver

Excellent service! Driver arrived at our hotel at the scheduled time. Provided a vehicle large enough to accommodate our group of eight passengers plus our luggage and drove us from our hotel in São Paulo to the cruise terminal in Santos in a timely manner.
