Our driver was an excellent conductor and drove very safely to our destination. He had cold water for us and assisted us with our luggage. We recommend him for any private transfer. The water taxi was also excellent and helpful with our luggage.

The whole setup was excellent and totally coordinated. Andrea picked us up from the cruise terminal right on time. He coordinated with the private water taxi, who picked us up and brought us to the hotel’s private pier. Expensive, but excellent service.

The driver was extremely late. The vehicle was the wrong size and didn’t have air conditioning. The driver took us to where we were handed off to our reserved water taxi and we waited another 45 minutes.

For our group of 4 this service made our transition from the cruise ship at Chioggia to a Venice hotel very easy with the van transport and the waiting private water taxi to Venice. One suggestion would be for the water taxi captain to recommend having a porter with his cart, take the luggage to the hotel after arriving at the dock at San Marco Square. We discoved the independent porter setvice on our own. Since our hotel was on the back side of San Marco Square, the porter service was greatly appreciated so we did not have to roll our suitcases across the bumpy stones of the sqare and up the stairs and down over one canal bridge to reach our hotel.

Our driver was incredible, company was super communicative, car was great. Only downside is we waited 30 minutes for water taxi to. Venice upon arrival at port, but our vehicle driver was such a good guy that he waited the entire time to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely would recommend.

Our auto driver was wonderful and very attentive. He was distressed by the lack of water taxi driver at the port that was to take us to our hotel. Since the driver had been confirmed a good 20 minutes before our arrival, I was disappointed that the driver was not there on time, and another taxi driver had to be called into service for us after a 45 minute delay.
