Where do I begin. I wanted my daughter and grown granddaughters to experience Ireland as we are mostly Irish descent. A Scot thrown in for added spice. We had a blast is the only way to describe our day with Chris. He was more like a family member than our tour guide. He was full of history having grown up during the "Troubles". Not only did we visit key attractions but had so much fun sharing the same Irish humour I grew up with. Also, Chris had the best snacks! Especially those Boost Chocolate Bars unfortunately not available in Canada. I guess we will have to return to Belfast. Me and my family highly recommend Chris. He made our day a lifetime memory.
What a great day. Christopher took us on a private tour. He was at the dock waiting for us and we rode in a very comfortable, clean van. He customized the tour for us since we did not want to walk the bridge with the extra time he drove us around Belfast and helped us to understand better the historic political issues of the region. He was able to bring all of it to light through stories from his own life. He is a personable and funny guy and we enjoyed spending the day with him.
Wonderful private tour of Northern Ireland. Our tour guide Paul really gave us an in depth understanding of the "troubles" in Belfast. We really enjoyed learning more about Belfast and seeing the beautiful Causeway. He dropped us at a wonderful restaurant for lunch and catered the tour to my 80 year old parents who had some mobility issues. Though his language is colorful, he is authentic and a wonderful guide. We really enjoyed his tour.
A Belfast tour is a must as all the important attractions are far apart. Our guide Chris deserves ❤️ more than 5 stars. We had so much fun. Learnt a lot of Belfast history. Laughed a lot. I highly recommend it.
Paul was a great guide. We enjoyed our full day tour with him. He is super knowledgeable and has lived thru so much in the area . He knows so many and knows the best highlights . No question was off base in search of the truth in the history of Ireland . He’s smart , knowledgable, street smart, and is committed on you have the best tour. I highly recommend him .
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Paul! He is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. He answered every question, shared fascinating stories and historical context, and tailored the tour to our interests, making it feel truly personal. The tour was worth every penny. It was long, packed with interesting places and stories, and we never felt rushed. The car had water, snacks, and everything we needed to be comfortable throughout the day. Paul made sure everything went smoothly. He was happy to wait while we explored, gave excellent recommendations, and made sure we had the best possible experience. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belfast!
Beautiful landscape & countryside. Paul was an outstanding tour guide, both entertaining and very knowledgeable about Belfast's history. We had some great laughs along the way and Paul modified the tour so we could see exactly what we wanted to see. Very fun day!
Fantastic experience with Chris for the day touring the amazing sites around Ireland’s north coast. Probably top 2 guides we’ve ever had - highly recommend Chris!! All the sites were simply breathtaking and learning about the history of the area, filming locations for movies and TV and simply spending the day immersed in Northern Ireland is not to be missed. Highly recommend this tour and even more recommend Chris!!! You will not be disappointed!!
This tour is filled with many amazing stops and was so worth the price! Paul made sure we got the most of everything along the route. And having lived through the Troubles himself he was passionate about sharing the history of the North of Ireland. And my husband was very happy to sit on the passenger seat instead of behind the wheel for a day.
