The entire experience was excellent. The dishes were delicious and the show was amazing. They also celebrate if someone has a birthday or anniversary... the atmosphere is very warm and people from many countries, mainly Brazil, attend! The transportation service for us was excellent! Thank you.
The food seemed a little bland, maybe if I asked for some salt it would of cured it. Overall was the best food I ever got at a dinner show, usually not impressed . The show was good, again usually not impressed but was again. Worth the time and money
Had a memorable night at the Bali Hai Dinner Show . It started with personal driver, good food, Chilean wine, and an amazing mix of Chilean and Polynesian dances .The show was highlight - colorful costumes and performances with so much energy. The atmosphere was festive and welcoming. Such a fun experience in Santiago!
First of all, let me say the dinner and show itself was quite good. The food was well prepared and the performers were great. The low rating is for the tour group. The only reason I picked this and was willing to pay so much was to enjoy it with other people. But all the tour company does is pick you up and drop you off. There was no one else there. Since I was alone they say me at a small table smack in the middle of the restaurant. If i wanted to go alone, I could have made the reservation and taken a $10 Uber myself. Viator charged more than 110% over the actual cost of the dinner and show and for that, I got a very limited menu (2 choices) and the awkwardness of sitting alone for 2.5 hours. Save your money and just book directly with Bali Hai. The show is worth seeing but definitely not worth $130 p/p.
It's not just transportation, what we offered with wine refill is not on the menu, it's a special menu for our clients, with a unique show in Chile.
Beautiful and instagramable decor, good food, good wine. The show is a separate show. Interaction with the public, I recommend.

this was an amazing show. you really felt the drama in the dance and the quality of the dancers was incredible.
We thoroughly enjoyed the charming venue! Cocktails, dinner & wine were delicious. The highlight was the show, which featured dancers representing different indigenous cultures from Chile and South America.
The show was excellent. The food was good, but the performance was what made this event memorable. Totally enjoyed it.
The driver came and picked us up on time and took us to the restaurant, the whole experience was great! the food was delicious, the show was exhilarating and the adventure is one that I recommend.
The show continues the same for over ten years when I was previously in Santiago. Good and full food. Just think the show should be updated
