Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found our driver courteous. However, we sincerely apologize for the 20-minute delay in your pick-up, as punctuality is very important to us. Regarding the language barrier, while not all of our drivers are fully fluent in English, they use WhatsApp and translation tools to ensure they can assist you. Please remember that our English-speaking coordination team is always available to answer any questions you may have during your service. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for a flawless experience.

Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry for the late pick-up; a 30-minute delay is not our standard, and we are addressing this internally. However, we are pleased that you enjoyed the quality of the car and the ride. We appreciate your patience and hope to welcome you back for a perfect service next time.
