Back in 2019, my family and I booked a Mediterranean cruise for 2020. After researching local tour guides, we came across Ciro with Taxi Mr. Cab Driver, and we knew immediately that he was the one! Seeing how much fun other travelers had on his tours made us so excited to book with him. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced us to cancel our trip. We rebooked for 2023, only to have to cancel once again due to a family illness. Fast forward to today, and after SEVEN long years, we FINALLY made it happen! Let me just say, Ciro was worth every single year of waiting! He is truly THE BEST! Despite the foggy, rainy weather, he managed to turn what could have been a gloomy day into the absolute highlight of our entire cruise! From the breathtaking Amalfi Coast to the beautiful town of Ravello and the incredible history of Pompeii, every stop was unforgettable. And one of the absolute highlights? Ciro’s incredible singing as we made our way along the Amalfi Coast! His voice, energy, and larger-than-life personality turned an already beautiful drive into an unforgettable experience. It honestly felt like we had our own private Italian concert while taking in some of the most spectacular scenery in the world! It’s those spontaneous, special moments that make a trip truly memorable. Ciro made the entire experience so much fun, and thanks to him, we created memories that our family will cherish for a lifetime. And let’s not forget the food! He even brought us to enjoy the BEST pizza and calamari we’ve ever had! If you’re stopping in Salerno and looking for the perfect tour guide, look no further than Ciro! We were in Italy for 10 days last week and the highlight of our trip was this 8 hour excursion with Leon! He was fantastic! So knowledgeable, humorous, humble, kind, and a terrific driver (we were nervous about the roads - felt safe the entire time). We stopped in several towns and looked around. Leon took us to a fruit stand outside of Positano that had great stuff - and an amazing view. He took us to a restaurant in Minori for lunch. It was the best meal of our entire trip! My wife had sea bass and I had lobster and pasta. All freshly caught! Leon knew everyone there and they made us feel special! I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Ask for Leon!

Francesco is great! Our ride from Sorrento to the Amalfi coast was perfect. Not only seeing the sights but giving us local knowledge and history lesson on the area. He even set lunch reservation for us in Ravello where we ate great food and had the most unbelievable view! Thank you again for an amazing day!

What a truly magical day! Four of us were visiting Naples aboard Legend of the Seas and booked a private excursion with Taxi Mister Cab Driver Naples & Amalfi Coast. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Our driver, Paulo, was waiting for us 30 minutes early and was such a kind, patient and knowledgeable man. In one incredible day, we visited Naples, Corbara, Ravello, Amalfi, Furore, Positano and Pompeii. As we had previously visited Sorrento, Paulo took us along a beautiful scenic route so we could still enjoy views of the coastline from a distance. He also recommended adding Pompeii and we are so glad we listened! We explored the ruins and met a wonderful 86-year-old archaeologist. The restaurant Paulo recommended served us one of the nicest meals we have ever had. Although we covered so many places, the day never felt rushed. Everything was organised perfectly and we had absolutely nothing to worry about. This was our best visit to Naples, and we highly recommend this company to anyone stopping there on a cruise!

An unforgettable experience from beginning to end! Our group of four was sailing on Legend of the Seas when we booked this wonderful excursion with Taxi Mister Cab Driver Naples & Amalfi Coast. We had visited Sorrento before, so Paulo thoughtfully chose a scenic route that allowed us to admire its beautiful coastline from a distance. Paulo was warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived at the port half an hour early and made us feel completely relaxed. His recommendation to add Pompeii was perfect, and we were even lucky enough to meet an 86-year-old archaeologist while exploring the ruins. Paulo also recommended a fantastic restaurant, where we enjoyed one of the nicest meals we have ever had. There was nothing to worry about from start to finish, just a perfectly planned, magical day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples aboard a cruise ship!

Taxi Mister Cab Driver made our vacation organized and stress-free. About six months before our visit, I e-mailed Ciro about a tours visiting the Amalfi coast, which I scheduled. I then contacted him about airport transfers and transportation between Naples and Sorrento so we could visit the Amalfi coast. He replied, “we can do that.” I then e-mailed him about transfers to and from a concert and about adding a day to our Amalfi Coast tour so I could see where my grandparents were from. Ciro replied, “yes, we can!” Ciro and his team knew how to avoid crowds and traffic delays visiting Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello, pulled over on the side of the road to make sure we captured that perfect picture, and made sure we saw all the best spots. For every pickup, our driver was early. Our transfers were stress-free because we knew Ciro and his team were dependable and committed to making sure we had the best vacation experience possible. Antonio was great! He kept us laughing all while showing us his beautiful country. The drive was smooth and everything went according to plan. If you’re looking for a reliable driver so you don’t have to deal with Amalfi parking nightmares, and actually getting to enjoy the view driving between destinations, I would highly recommend booking with these experienced drivers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely excellent tour! Leon was great from start to finish. He knew the area very well, and we felt completely safe and comfortable the entire day. What really made the experience special was Leon himself. He was so friendly and personable that it honestly felt more like spending the day with family than being with a hired driver or tour service. We were able to see a lot of the countryside in one day, and Leon knew some great places to stop along the way. My wife loves photography, and he went out of his way to point out the best photo spots, stop when there was a beautiful view, and give us plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy the scenery. We were very happy with the experience. Leon made the day relaxing and enjoyable. We would absolutely book with him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, safe, and friendly driver and guide.

Giovanni was great. He picked us up on time in Naples and we had a planned day trip to Sorrento and Positano, dropping us off in Ravello. We have a friends daughters wedding we’re here for. When he heard we had never been to Pompeii he offered to take us there and give us time to explore. He was awesome in all areas and we really enjoyed our day with all the stops for photos, lemon slushies, sight seeing and shopping. His suggestion for lunch in Sorrento was perfect with good food and fabulous view. Giovanni took good care of us by being very attentive and especially driving us safely on the coastal roads.
