The tour was fine, but for the price, the guide did not check in with me in advance and showed up at the wrong hotel. Viator customer service, long a pain point with this service, could not reach the tour operator. I could have Ubered to the site for a fraction of the cost and read the well-marked signage and taken the self-guided audio tour.

Excellent tour! I am very picky about tours, but Ian may be the best tour guide I have ever had. He was so well informed on all stages of history. He explained cause and effect brilliantly! He knew the answer to every question we asked him. Personable, helpful and friendly. You could not ask for a better experience!

While It’s certainly not a “feel good” experience, it is nonetheless an enlightening, historical, somber experience. Be reverent, be respectful. Our guide, Matt, was excellent. His knowledge about the site and the events that surround it are impeccable, as well as his knowledge of the time period and the world perspective at the time.
