I’m not a cook. Don’t really enjoy cooking but had fun at the class. Recipes were easy enough to replicate at home.
Would recommend to all. Whonare visiting Venice.. Al was a great teacher..Fun, delicious food, wine, PAsta and Tiramasu.
I loved this experience, Carlo was an amazing host and made the whole experience such a fun time!! Would really recommend for anyone looking to learn some genuine Italian tips and tricks!
This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Carlo was a wonderful instructor-friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. He gave us great tips For each recipe and even generously shared a couple of meatballs he made for his own lunch with our group. We enjoyed the pastas we made and thought the tiramisu was about the best we’ve ever had. We highly recommend this class!
