Our experience booking the catamaran adventure to Isla Mujeres was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was that we were charged two separate additional fees that were not clearly disclosed when we made the booking. These unexpected charges ($162.00) significantly changed the total cost of the excursion and left us feeling misled. What made the situation even worse was the response from the staff at the dock. Rather than acknowledging our concern or attempting to provide any reasonable explanation or assistance, they were completely unapologetic and dismissive. We were repeatedly told that it was our fault for booking through Aviator, instead of taking responsibility for the lack of transparency surrounding the additional fees. As a customer, it should not matter which booking platform we used. If there are mandatory additional fees, they should be clearly and prominently disclosed before the customer completes the purchase. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of Aviator. I will be deleting the Aviator app and will not use it again. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that others carefully consider booking directly with the tour operator rather than through Aviator, and make sure they confirm the full cost, including any additional fees, before paying. Transparency and customer service matter, and unfortunately, neither was demonstrated during this experience.

Incredible!! I loved the day, it helped a lot, just make sure to bring sunscreen, the sun is harsh! The snorkeling was entertaining! I highly recommend it.
Misleading price on app. Could not snorkel because they said we were over 60 years old. Was not aware of that at purchase. Music was minimal and drinks very weak and bad too. Worst one and I’ve been on 3 different ones.
The catamaran was very pleasant, the staff was incredible, very good service, the food is good, and the open bar is the best!
The island is beautiful, the color of the sea is impressive, the boat is spacious and the staff is fun, but the tour does not include a sun lounge or sunshine, just the restaurant tables. Read the small letters to find out you will pay more MX600 + USD20, much more than you paid online for the ride. Insisting on the end of the slice (“propine”) is quite unpleasant. Entrepreneurs: better pay those who run their business!
If I could give zero stars of how bad this was upon arrived to the terminal and asked us to pay $112 for me and my partner they said this ticket bought that I had was just a down payment don't buy from this sellers never did it says the ticket is not included. It’s just a down payment; be prepared to pay more money upon arrival. The indoor waiting area is super small and hot, with no indoor air circulation.
