I arrived at the location about an hour and a half before in order to walk around and explore the area. I then got to the meeting point right at 1:45PM and I observed nobody wearing green shirt or a green umbrella as it was described on the app. I asked around the tours guide information center where they met in which they said they are usually by the cathedral I continued to walk around for 25min and did not find anybody. I contacted customer support and receive no response horrible experience and I would like my money back.

Great tour. Andy was fun, informative, and all around the best guide. Learned a lot about Mexico history. It was also nice that the group was small, about 8 people, so no problems hearing or keeping up.
