Dear Dominique, We sent you proof of the fact we sent you the bus tickets. We are very sorry you missed the bus, but this is beyond our control. Our guide waited you for more than 40 minutes. Also we have provided you the lunch, although as you had been non show, you did not have a right on it.

Estimado/a cliente, Gracias por compartir su opinión. En cuanto al almuerzo, se sirvieron platos tradicionales eslovacos como halušky (ñoquis de patata con queso y bacon) y sopa de caldo. Entendemos que la gastronomía local puede no ser del gusto de todos, pero se trata de una comida típica de Eslovaquia que forma parte de la experiencia cultural. Respecto a la guía, la excursión reservada era una tour en inglés, por lo que la explicación se realizó en ese idioma conforme a lo contratado. Lamentamos que el ritmo del paseo por el casco antiguo y el contenido de la explicación no hayan cumplido completamente sus expectativas. The program is designed as a shorter guided experience to provide an efficient overview within a limited time frame, especially for visitors combining it with travel from Vienna. The transport to and from near Vienna Main Train Station is included in the package, as stated in the tour description.
