I couldn't recommend Pelican Bike Hire enough, especially our tour guide, Atty. We upgraded from a city bike to an e-bike for an additional €10 each on top of the standard bike hire of €30 each. The tour was great fun, with insightful guides of the city from the old town through the Turia gardens, science and arts park, and on to the mariner and beach. I've been to Valencia once before, but Atty gave us the perfect tour to get to see and know the city. I couldn't recommend Pelican (and Atty) highly enough!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! 😊 Atty will be delighted to read your words — she loves sharing the city, and knowing that even a returning visitor got to see Valencia in a new light is the best compliment she could receive. From the Old Town through the Turia gardens to the City of Arts and Sciences and out to the marina and beach, it really is the perfect route to take in everything the city has to offer — and the e-bike upgrade makes it wonderfully relaxed. Thank you for riding with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another cycling experience! 🚲

Ride with perfect bike, Thanks a lot David!
We did the Grand City Bike Tour on our first day in Valencia and honestly, it was the perfect way to get our bearings. Big shoutout to David, who was not only a great guide but also basically our local hero for the day.
The route covered loads old town, the Turia park, even out by the harbour and we appreciated how chill the pace was. Also, very important: they gave us bottled water at the start, which might sound small, but when you're British and it's already feeling like full-on summer, that cold bottle feels like a gift from the gods.
Extra points to David for giving us a solid local tip on where to catch our football team playing later that evening turned into a great night. All in all, would 100% recommend this tour if you're new to Valencia and want to see a lot without rushing. Also: the bikes were smooth and comfy, no dramas there.

What a fantastic review—thank you so much!
We’re over the moon to hear that the Grand City Bike Tour was the perfect kick-off to your time in Valencia! David will be especially chuffed to know he earned “local hero” status—he puts his heart into every tour, and it clearly shows. We love that you appreciated the variety in the route, from the charm of the old town to the breezy vibes by the harbour, and of course, the cool green stretch of Turia park.
And yes—we totally get it! That bottled water might seem like a small thing, but under the Spanish sun, it becomes absolutely essential (especially for our British guests braving the heat!). We’re glad it hit the spot.
The fact that David's football tip turned into a great night out just makes us smile—it’s those local touches that we think really elevate the experience.
Thanks again for the glowing recommendation, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime—maybe next time for a themed tour or a ride out to the Albufera? 🚲☀️⚽

AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND AMAZING BIKES
We booked the Grand Tour Valencia with Pelican Bikes and I must say that the guide, the bikes, and the tour itself was unique with a very interesting and interactive way of seeing Valencia. The technical service was fast and efficient when we got a flat tire which was surprising. The whole deal had very good pricing that made it affordable for all of us. We really enjoyed the experience and the guide was super nice. The whole team is multilingual as-well which made our experience even more smooth. We will definitely be coming back next time. I 100% RECOMMEND Pelican Bike to anyone who comes to visit Valencia or even just for a nice ride around the town!

Friends hiring e-scooters
Pelican offered a great service, very friendly and helpful. We were offered a quick demo on how the scooters worked, how to lock and safely leave the scooters. The e-scooters were all in good condition and none of us had any problems mechanically. We felt the price was more competitive compared to other providers.

E-scooter Valencia
Had a fantastic time renting E-scooters from Pelican Bike Rentals. Their service was brilliant and really helpful. We overran by a little bit on our time but they were really good about it. Highly recommend and a great way to have a look round Valencia.
