Lucia was an excellent guide! Being a Venice native, her local knowledge was super. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and answered all of our questions with absolute ease.The tour was interactive. At the end, she organised a game for the group that perfectly summarized Venice's history timeline. She also provided us with high-quality headsets, so we never missed a word, even in the busiest streets. To top it off, she handed out a printed sheet packed with excellent local food recommendations as well as sending us a list of Venice highlights to see via Whatsapp. Lovely experience.

This walk was much more than a guided city tour. Lucia has guided Venice with a lot of charm, humor and heart. She perceived us as a small group, involved us and created a familiar, open atmosphere. You immediately feel: For them, Venice is not just a historic place, but a lived home. It tells curiosities, backgrounds and history in such a way that you understand why this city is the way it is today. It is precisely this understanding – this joy of life – that cannot be acquired from books. The loving preparation, their attention and the valuable tips at the end complete everything. A clear 5-star recommendation. I'll be back.

Lucia was AWESOME! She showed us all around Venice and provided us with great information along the way! She was patient with us and answered all of our questions and even went above and beyond to help us out! She also customized the tours to exactly what we wanted (and/or didn't want) and was able to avoid the crowds to our tour felt more private and exclusive! She was also great about suggesting places for great photo opportunities! And she was fun! Lucia is the best - highly recommend her!!!!

I had the pleasure of staying at Kasbah Tiziri recently and was truly impressed by the experience. Located in a quiet and serene area, the kasbah offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms were spacious and clean, decorated with a traditional touch that made the stay feel authentic. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure, which was a nice touch after a long day of exploring.

Lucia is very funny and smart. I have loved the tour and all the info we have received. Cannot wait to go back and experience everything as a local!

Lucia was an absolute delight! We learned so much about Venice - the REAL Venice! She shared so much about the history and the behind the scenes views of how Venetians live and enjoy this beautiful place. We had so much fun and made the best of a rainy morning with her - and took her advice and visited some hidden gems afterwards. Wow, what an incredible tour! Lucia was full of knowledge and her interest and pride in Venice was palpable. We learnt a lot of fascinating facts and saw things that people on their 5th trip to Venice hadn’t ever seen before! A must book!

It was a fantastic walk for the family and everyone was involved. It included history, eating places and of course the architecture of Venice. Recommended.
