Horrible. We booked our airport transfer well ahead of time, they didn't reach out or anything. We eventually texted them our flight info the day before -- still no response. We arrived at CGK -- no one to be seen. Called and it took them well over 20 minutes to send someone over. They have the audacity to blame you on their irresponsiveness. Wow this is another level hospitality. Never again
We apologize for the inconvenience. After checking with the driver on duty and checking the vehicle's GPS, the driver arrived at the location an hour early. However, the driver couldn't wait in the lobby and was directed to park in the basement.
It worked out perfectly- so nice to be picked up with a sign when you’re so jet lagged. Worth every penny

Driver did not turn up. Company was informed on flight change by Whatsapp. You can just go to silverbird or grab counter and get your transport. Dont waste time and money with this prebook service

I booked and paid for the transportation service from the airport in Jakarta to the selected hotel in the city, however the company changed the flight time a few days before, so I changed the pick-up time in the Viator application. I received confirmation by mail that the new time was confirmed, however, no one came to pick me up, and the service provider did not respond to my messages. Viator customer service told me that they don't contact them either and that I am not entitled to a refund. I've used Viator for years for all the tours on my travels and never had a problem, however after this I certainly won't because they obviously can't fix the problem with the service provider and there's no guarantee you'll get what you paid for.
Just a good and beautiful airport. Modernly furnished with great staff. Everything was very well arranged with wheelchair transport

The communication with my driver before arrival and once at the airport was excellent. Was waiting for me with a sign with my name upon exiting the airport. His driving skills were phenomenal, considering the chaotic traffic in Jakarta! Recommended.
