Our driver never picked us up. No communication from him until 42 minutes after our scheduled time. Super disappointed.
Very easy to book airport pick-up. Driver communicated via WhatsApp, very nice and efficient way to get from airport to hotel. Highly recommend - no stress!

Never booked this transfer hotel to airport jakarta again, driver didnt ack and show up for more than 10 minutes later. I booked another local taxi from front desk hotel. It’s NOT reliable!
