Please do not book a luggage storage via trip advisor. Too many subcontractors and it does not work: trip advisor subcontracts to Viator who subcontracts to Sasher. As a result, I am given a reservation number while the claimant asks me for a QR code that I was never sent. I called but no results. Luckily the provider was very friendly and accepted my luggage without getting paid!! I booked on Trip advisor because it is known and I did not want to book on an unknown site. I regret not booking directly on an online deposit site.

EFS- Easy, fast and safe!
Easy method of luggage storage. Perfect for visiting the city! The staff are super helpful and you are insured for all items. Absolutely invaluable on our recent visit to London.

Very smooth process
Easy booking process, the two shops we used near the museum were helpful and the luggage seemed secure.
We will use this service again.

Luggage storage for 3-4 hours
We left our luggage at a partner of Stasher’s (there was the “Russel News” store close to the British Museum) for a few hours. Easy booking on the internet then just show the confirmation of resa to the seller to drop/pick up your luggage.

Easy 👏👏👏👏
Easy.
Online reg about 2 mins. Location search less than one min. Bokking maybe 1 min.
Friendly local shop, happy to pay £4.something for them to keep my case in their shop and support local business.
Great idea, please keep it simple 👏👏👏👏👏

Such an amazing experience
Stasher wants me to tell my experience through different emails :
I rang the bell of the hotel, the receptionnist opened the door, he told me : " please sir, you can drop off your suitcase just there behind that door"
I did it, then he told me :"have a nice day". I replyed "the same for you sir" . Anyway, such an amazing experience. I am pretty sure that a lot of people are going to give interest to that story of my life 🙈😊

GOOD
Good treatment and fast. It would only improve protection for the customer. The store did not give us any reference. Otherwise everything OK
