Andy H. was the perfect guide for a tour of the British Museum. He not only provided an excellent overview of the museum’s history but also selected exhibits that showcased its most fascinating highlights. His explanations were detailed, engaging, and filled with insights I would not have discovered on my own. He used humor effectively, making the tour both informative and enjoyable. What truly set him apart was the broader context he provided, including thoughtful discussions of the controversies surrounding the acquisition and retention of many of the museum’s artifacts. I highly recommend this tour for anyone with limited time who wants to experience the highlights of the British Museum while gaining a deeper understanding of its collections and history.

Good 2.5 hour tour of the some highlights of the museum. If you are a museum nerd like me, this is a good start! Plan to stay longer. Literally so much to see. Jeremy was interesting and funny, kind and helpful as a guide. He took the picture of us outside the museum which was really kind.
Sheldon was an awesome guide sharing so much of the interesting details about various exhibits. I would recommend staying after the tour to truly explore all the museum has to offer.
Colin was very knowledgeable. Of course we could not see all but hit the most important things. We wouldn't have accomplished this without Colin.
