The museum is beautiful. It was great that we had tickets and a plan because many people showed up and couldn’t get in. They don’t let many people in at once so it sells out. It wasn’t clear that we weren’t getting real headsets for the audio tour. We got there and all the other tours had headsets, but we didn’t. We were supposed to bring our own headphones and use our phones which was not communicated clearly. Even as we got in the tour guide did not tell us, and we were looking all over for him and trying to figure out the headphones.

We do clearly state in the booking details, as well as in the message sent with your tickets, that we provide the audio guide but guests need to bring their own headphones. The groups you saw wearing headsets were on guided tours with a live guide, while your booking was for entrance tickets with a self-guided audio guide.
