Trip was really good in general and the service was terrific. On the other hand the snorkeling was really bad, all we did was circle around for 400 meters on an area that had nothing to see. Really good Dj’s and vibe.
Thank you for sharing this experience with you Snorkel was never the selling point of the tour, the highlight of the tour is the party, drinks and the beach club as the tittle suggest The snorkel is just a quick stop on the way, most people skip it to start with the drinks
The staff was really on point with their timing, I never had an empty drink in my hand We were welcome by the staff and right after we departure they lighted up the party and everyone got in the mood We skipped the snorkel since my friends did not care much for anything other than the party At the beach club we danced and had many drinks, the food was pretty good and the music was lit
The guides try their best to include everyone in the party Their goal is for everyone to be safe and have as much fun as they can
My itinerary for the excursion did not match with the actual times that we met and departed the marina (it was an hour later than stated). My information also said that we would have free drinks and free food on the boat; we had drinks, but there was not any food on the boat. The snorkeling was too short, only lasting 15-20 minutes. The beach club was nice. There was tequila tasting and a buffet, as well as a DJ on the beach when we arrived. They strongly encouraged us to join the hour long golf cart tour, boasting 3 stops with amazing views. This was a total waste of money, and I would not recommend this. When we returned to the beach club, all of the buffet food and tequila tasting was gone. The DJ was also gone. They said that we could use the paddle boards and kayaks, which was not true. There wasn't anyone at the equipment and not all the equipment was present, so it was useless. We had another hour at the beach club with no music and nothing to do. The boat trip back to Cancun was fun, with music, dancing, drinks, and tequila. The staff on the boat was fun, yet many times they were inattentive and seemed to be encouraging unsafe actions (it was really windy with rough waters, and it was not safe to even walk around the boat, yet they were encouraging us to do so). Overall, I was disappointed in this excursion and would not book it again.
It's important to properly read the entire description of the tour in order to be aware of what's included and what's not There is no mention anywhere about food being served at the Catamaran, the tour information is clear that you would only have food at the beach club restaurant The snorkel is presented as a quick stop, since this is not a snorkeling tour, this is a party tour The golf cart tour you were offered was not by any of our staff, you went outside the beach club The kayaks and paddleboards were available, but you did not aproach the staff to ask The staff cares about the safety and fun for all the travelers, they won't encourage anything dangerous We are sorry that you were aware of some of the tour details
They didn't have our reservation and couldn't speak great English. We had to wait 2 hours past our original time and we didn't get the excursion we paid for. It was disappointing.
We haven't had any reservation under the name Lauren all this year You did not purchased our experience, you are leaving this review to the wrong company. Not all catamaran tours are the same, going to any marina expecting to be welcome or leaving a blind review to the first company you see doesn't make sense
This a is nice trip. The boat is clean. They offered us bananas, juice and coffee before boarding. Snorkeling was fun. They will provide the equipment. You get a packaged snorkel so you know its clean. Lunch was a nice buffet. There was Mexican cuisine, pizza, fruits, etc. Dessert was a piece of pie and pudding. Isla Mujeres is very crowded with narrow streets and many vendors. The beach is pleasant.
