フランクフルトからライン渓谷へのプライベート日帰り旅行

We had a nice trip through the Rhine River Valley with Bilal. He was very prompt and dropped us off at the places mentioned in the desciption where we had free time to explore on our own.

The driver for this day trip, Bilal, was outstanding. He arrived on time and brought us safely to each location on the trip without issue. He answered all my questions and showed us where to go when we departed the van. He painstakingly found a spot for me to take a wonderful picture across the river of the Marksburg Castle. We were very pleased with him. Now this is for the tour operator and VIATOR. My previous experiences with VIATOR have been very favorable in that the driver also acts like an informal tour guide and accompanies me at the sites I have booked. This was not the case and it doesn't fall on the driver as he was superb. Had I wanted a transfer service I would've booked one.

AMAZING trip, saw so many wonderful sights and had the absolute best driver!!

Driver was sent to wrong location. We were picked up 2 hours late. Driver was a substitute who knew little about area. Described castles as “This is a very old building “ and other very vague comments. Rushed around. Trip was supposed to have optional wine tasting and river cruise. Neither were offered. Tour was supposed to be 9 hours long but ours was barely 5 hours after being picked up 2 hours late. Do not use this company!!!!!!
