Our driver, Abdullah, was punctual, informative, friendly, and answered questions throughout the tour. He communicated well and showed us a substantial amount of Vienna our first night. The best part of the tour was how quiet the places were upon arrival as well as the view from above Vienna. Abdullah reassured us multiple times that we could take our time at various stops b/c it was “our tour”, that made it more enjoyable for us, as not to feel rushed.
Driver never showed, I had to call to ask when driver was coming and customer service just said there would be NO tour and he was sorry

Overrated visit, because although the driver was on time and friendly, the visit itself was in the dark. The driver told us that Vienna was a city that went down early and effectively, the majority of the buildings visited were in the dark, which does not make sense for a night tour. So do not waste your money and consider a day tour if you want to enjoy the city.
I had an overnight connecting flight in Vienna, so only one evening to visit Vienna for the first time. Given the cold weather, car tour was the best option. The driver and tour guide, George, was fantastic. He made suggestions and gave me options of places to see. He was very knowledgeable and fun, telling me a lot about Vienna (all while driving safely). We took several stops for me to walk & take some pictures. I loved it. Thank you, George!
