Ordered a pick up from Bali airport to the harbour and back again and paid for the service well in advance. The pick up from the airport went well although the lady was waiting outside the airport across the street. It would have been more convenient to wait by the arrival doors with other pickups. After some confusion and nervousness I found her. She was very friendly and helpful. However, the pick up back was a disaster. After waiting for 40 minutes, walking up and down the dock, checking the parking area and street there was no driver. I asked a local to call the driver and each of the two attempts went to voicemail. I had four locals help me look. After this I was forced to take an expensive taxi ride. Afterwards the driver messaged that he was there. As the last passenger off a boat standing there it would not have been difficult to see an European tourist with luggage. I demanded a refund and the company offered me a free tour which I didn’t need. I have now never received a refund or an answer to my messages, although the company asked me not to leave a bad review. I need to be honest and I cannot recommend this company!
I do appologize for, I think you make review to wrong company name, my company never had this booking, so why the costumer make review in my site.
