Too many emails and not clear instructions for how to meet the guide. Tour guide was excellent and the tour was also very enjoyable

Very experienced and knowledgeable guide, Simone. He was quite passionate too about La Scala and opera in general.

Visiting La Scala was amazing. Beautiful venue and I learned more about opera in 90 minutes than I ever knew before and it was fascinating. Lots of cool things to do in Milan, but if you’ve got a spare 90 minutes or so it is well worth it. And, the guide - Simon was great and you could hear, see, and feel his love for La Scala.

My visit to La Scala was absolutely wonderful, and the guide made the experience truly exceptional. She was probably the best guide I have had on our trip so far! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I was honestly amazed by how interesting and memorable she made the tour. Our tour guide was wonderful, I do not remember her name but she was a lovely woman who was very knowledgeable in explaining the history and significance of the Teatro Scala. You can tell she really loves her job and she gets to share her passion with the guests on her tour. We had a great experience!

Our tour guide was exceptional. I have issues climbing steps and she made sure I was able to take a lift to the second floor. She was extremely knowledgeable, she talked to everyone so that no one felt left out and I learned things that I never would have visiting on my own. She got us into the opera House sitting to see it from a booth before practice .I can't say enough good things about her. I would highly recommend this tour with her being our guide.

The wolf, Chiara, was very organized and knowledgeable. She kept track of all the individuals in her charge. It was enjoyable having a local and passionate guide leading us to so many stops. I hope she is available when we return to Italy and heading up a tour we pick. The tour organizer is fortunate to have her!!
