Our driver Giorgio was great amd very knowledgeable - he gave us a nice tour of Milan and was very helpful at the outlet center.

Giorgio was fantastic! He carried our bags, gave us directions and suggestions, and pointed out sights and monuments on the drive to and from Serravalle. We had a great day!

Today I was robbed in an outlet by Seravalle! After 15-20 minutes, my wallet was found in the ladies' room (as I was told at the outlet reception. Naturally, a large amount of money was no longer there, but luckily the documents were in place. A female tourist followed me and her wallet with documents and maps was stolen. I asked to see the cameras but I was refused citing the law that it can only be done after a statement by the police. The wills they don't take and the carabinières said there are no free people to come. In general, be careful because the staff doesn't care and ensuring customer safety is zero! And as the staff confirmed to me, it happens almost every day. But nobody cares!

Giorgio was fantastic! Reliable, entertaining, knowledgeable, flexible and we felt well cared for by him.

Giorgio was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and even told us a little about Milan and our road trip through country side. Shopping experience was great. He met us to take our bags away while we kept on shopping. The only way to do outlet experience!

The service and hospitality of the driver was excellent. Great personality , communication and service

Outstanding! Kiki, our driver for the day was so much more. The man wouldn’t let us carry any of our own purchases and boy did we load him down! Great driver, great conversationalist and just a nice local man!

Luxury items are a joke - choice is limited and items are significantly outdated. High street brads are better and you can choose something but not at any massive discount.

We had amazing experience with our driver- tour operator - Giorgio- came to hotel early to pick us up- comfortable clean car. Great personality and sense of humor. While we were shopping he was immediately available to take our bags to the car. Delivered us back to the hotel where we unloaded our shopping waited for us and took us to the restaurant where we had our dinner reservation, all the wild with positive energy and attitude. Recommend him highly.

Georgio was great!! He was really nice and we had a great time with him. Would highly recommend him!!
