My friend and I had never been to the Serravalle outlet and we had high expectations because everyone told us it was the best outlet in Italy. Antonello picked us up directly at our hotel and took us to the outlet in a very roomy and comfortable car. I recommend going during the week and avoiding weekends due to possible queues at the shops. Antonello also took care of keeping our purchases safe in the car and to be more free to move and on our return to the hotel he gave us a pleasant surprise to make the trip more pleasant. We definitely recommend Antonello who proved to be a reliable, precise and always available person. Our expectations were not disappointed at all! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Milan!
