The 3-hour trip was less than 2 hours, which basically consisted of leaving and entering the port plus 30 minutes of snorkeling. The "search" for whales and dolphins was going around an island, without success. Had it lasted 1 hour longer as promised in this post, we would have had a better chance of seeing any of these animals. The guide and captain were very kind and friendly, but it is nothing more than a tour for 30 minutes of snorkeling.
It doesn't even reach 2 hours to do only 30 minutes of diving, it is just that, don't expect more. The guides are friendly and make the trip pleasant. But it is not worth it, it is a very expensive experience for a boat ride. They advertise 3 hours, but it is a scam.
Lovely tour- they transported us from our resort to the marina. It was just our group which was nice. We were driven to a snorkeling area and saw beautiful green/blue fish! Then we were provided with water and fruit for a snack before finding some dolphins! They were very friendly and helpful! Recommended!
Our captain and boat hand were GREAT! Very nice & knowledgeable about the history and wildlife. 100% would book this again.
Our guides were fantastic! They were very knowledgeable about the area and pointed out landmarks and wildlife we would have missed on our own.

My baby girl(6 years old) and I had a great time. The crew is awesome! Water was a little cloudy but boat ride and ocean swim was epic! Highly recommend this tour to all.

This was such a great relaxing snorkeling adventure compared to the other boats we saw! You aren’t on a party boat but a speed boat and we were there with just one other couple! We went at the end of dry season during hide tide and a blast looking at all the beautiful fish! We got fruit and water on the boats! The whole team David and Marcello were amazing!!!!! We do wish it was a bit longer for the price but understand why it’s priced this way
We will never forget this tour! David was so friendly and identified species of fish and birds for us. He also shared CR history facts with us. Marcelo was a great captain. Pick up from the hotel was extremely convenient.
